Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance prolongs engine lifemaintenance
Regular maintenance is the best way of ensuring your engine lasts as long as possible. There are regular checks that you should carry out in line with the recommended schedules to do this. You can download maintenance schedules if you do not already have them.
Daily checks:
Cooling system coolant level
Driven equipment
The engine air cleaner service
Engine air pre-cleaner, cleaning it if necessary
Engine oil level
Fuel system primary filter/water separator
V-belts
Walk-around inspection
Every 50 service hours or weekly checks include:
Fuel tank, water and sediment, draining if necessary
Major service intervals are typically every 500 hours for minor services and in multiples of 500 hours for major services including; 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 and 4,000 hours.

Warranty
Engine and All such parts still carry the full 12 month warranty. During warranty validity, if the quality problem is verified from our Engine-body. Absolutely not from external , natural reasons..e.c.t ( such as all kinds of natural disaster , shipping, loading/unloading/wrong-operation..e.c.t) We will supply free the spare parts for your maitainence, after the warranty validity, we will supply charged spare parts for you under cost prices.
